Developed in response to a competitive international tender, the public telephone booth for Hong Kong Telecom has been designed to meet specific needs of the urban environment.
Manufactured by Plexicor Australia, it features an illuminated hood for increased visibility, automatic forced-air ventilation to enhance comfort, and curved glass for a distinctive look and to maximise internal space. The design won the tender, helping secure a contract worth $36 million. |
