The Avidia is an Angiographic Contrast injector used during radiology proceedures to allow medical specialists to see images of blood vessels.
This product is the result of a comprehensive development program. Our role was to work with the internal R&D team and other specialists on all aspects of design for the housing of the product.
Specific activities included:
research, preliminary conceptual generation, human factors assessments, user interface design, styling, detail development, prototyping, Pro/Engineer CAD modelling, mechanical engineering, structural analysis (FEA), process identification, supplier sourcing and production liaison. |
